Breathable Wear with Wind-Resistant Positioning The base fabric can be selected for breathable comfort while still offering wind-resistant coverage for light outdoor conditions. Air permeability can be tested according to ASTM D737 or ISO 9237. The current safe claim is Wind-Resistant; a true Windproof claim should only be used after the selected fabric meets the required air-permeability threshold. Half-Zip Venting for Training Flexibility The mock or stand collar with half-zip front allows players to adjust airflow quickly. Zip up for added coverage during travel, warm-ups, or windy conditions; unzip for ventilation during training, stretching, or indoor movement. A chin guard and storm flap can be added for improved comfort and protection, subject to final design. Athletic-Fit Silhouette for Football Mobility The athletic-fit cut provides a cleaner and more professional look than oversized outerwear while allowing slim layering over base layers, compression tops, or training tees. It supports sprinting, stretching, warm-up drills, and daily movement without excessive bulk. EU Men’s/Unisex sizing can be used as the baseline, with EU-to-US/Asia conversion support available. Fully Personalized Contrast Trim Design The jacket supports flexible design customization through binding, piping, inset tape, contrast trims, and color-block panels. Trim width, direction, panel mapping, stitch lines, zipper color, and accent placement can be adjusted to match club identity or brand style. Pantone or CMYK targets should be confirmed, and strike-off samples are recommended before bulk production. Adjustable Cuffs, Hem & Optional Pockets Cuffs and hem can be developed as elastic, Velcro-adjustable, drawcord with toggles, snap-button adjustment, or other customized structures. Optional secure pockets, hidden zippered pockets, or side pockets can be added for training and travel use. Zipper grade, pocket placement, and pocket bag fabric can be confirmed during sampling. Team Branding & Decoration Options This jacket is suitable for club crests, team names, player numbers, sponsor logos, staff labels, academy badges, slogans, and reflective visibility details. Embroidery is recommended for club crests and premium chest logos. Screen printing or heat transfer is better for larger graphics, numbers, slogans, and sponsor marks. Reflective transfer or reflective piping can be added for visibility and modern styling. Quick-Dry, Easy-Care & Warm-Feel Note Polyester fabrics have quick-dry potential and are generally easy to care for, but quick-dry and wrinkle-resistant claims should be verified by testing before being used as guaranteed performance claims. Quick-dry can be tested by AATCC 199 / AATCC 79, while wrinkle resistance can be tested by AATCC 124 / AATCC 66. Brushed back or light fleece lining can be added for a warmer feel, but warmth should depend on final GSM, lining structure, and sample approval.
