Performance Polyester for Lightweight Comfort The jacket can be developed in performance polyester knit or lightweight stretch woven fabric depending on the target structure, stretch, hand feel, and seasonal use. The fabric is designed to provide breathable comfort and functional movement for active team environments. Exact composition, GSM, fabric construction, stretch specification, and finishing process can be confirmed during sampling and PP approval. Breathable Airflow Design The base fabric can be selected for air-permeable comfort, while optional mesh inserts or laser-cut ventilation can be added in key heat zones such as the back yoke, underarms, side body, or inner pocket area. Vent mapping should be confirmed according to the final pattern, target climate, and use case. Full-Zip Construction for Easy Venting The full-length front zipper makes the jacket easy to put on and take off during warm-ups, travel, or sideline use. A wind flap and chin guard can be added for improved comfort and coverage. Zipper grade, zipper length, puller style, and brand options such as YKK or equivalent can be confirmed at PP approval. Athletic-Fit Silhouette for Teamwear Mobility The tailored athletic-fit silhouette creates a sharper and more professional look than oversized outerwear, while still allowing slim layering over training tops, base layers, or jerseys. It supports football warm-ups, stretching, mobility drills, commuting, and daily wear without excessive bulk. EU sizing can be used as the baseline, with conversion charts available for US and Asia markets. Adjustable Hem, Cuffs & Secure Storage The jacket can include elastic cuffs, Velcro cuffs, or other adjustable cuff constructions depending on project needs. A drawcord hem with toggles can help improve fit security and reduce wind entry. Pocket options include zip hand pockets, inner divider pockets, chest pockets, hidden pockets, or customized storage layouts for training and travel use. Fully Tailored Color & Panel Customization This jacket supports full team customization, including base color, accent panels, contrast piping, shoulder mapping, back yoke details, zipper color, reflective trims, and exclusive pattern layouts. Pantone or CMYK targets can be used for color matching, and strike-off approval is recommended before bulk production to ensure accurate team colors. Club Branding & Decoration Options The jacket provides a clean canvas for club crests, team names, player numbers, sponsor logos, slogans, staff identifiers, academy badges, and reflective visibility details. Available decoration methods include embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and reflective transfer. Embroidery is recommended for club crests and premium chest logos, while screen printing or heat transfer is better for larger graphics and numbers. Wind-Resistant Design The current recommended claim is Wind-Resistant, suitable for light wind during warm-ups, travel, commuting, and outdoor training. A true Windproof claim should only be used after air permeability testing, such as ASTM D737 or ISO 9237, confirms that the selected fabric or fabric system meets the required threshold. Easy-Care, Quick-Dry & Wrinkle-Resistance Note Polyester fabrics are generally easy to care for and suitable for frequent teamwear use. Quick-dry and wrinkle-resistant performance can be developed through fabric selection and finishing, but final claims should be verified by testing. Quick-dry can be tested by AATCC 199 / AATCC 79, and wrinkle resistance can be tested by AATCC 124 / AATCC 66. Optional Warm-Feel or Fleece Lining For cooler seasons, a brushed-back fabric, light lining, or thin fleece lining can be selected to create a warmer feel. If the jacket uses only a lightweight unlined shell, it should not be marketed as a warm or insulated jacket. Final warmth positioning should depend on GSM, lining structure, brushing level, and sample evaluation.
