The lightweight, highly breathable, quick-drying fabric helps wick away sweat quickly and maintain comfort. Moisture-wicking and quick-drying/breathability test protocols and reports are available upon request .
The default method is Advanced Heat Transfer, which offers good adhesion and color reproduction. Following care instructions (wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry) will enhance durability; wash fastness, peel strength, and colorfastness testing can be arranged upon request.
For full-width continuous patterns, we recommend evaluating Full Sublimation; for localized text/numbers/logos, Heat Transfer is preferred; for large-volume solid-color line art, Screen Printing can be evaluated. The final decision will be based on Coverage × Complexity × Quantity × Budget and confirmed via a sample .
We support customization of team names, numbers, logos, and color schemes; we can match Pantone/CMYK , with confirmation via color swatches or strike-offs prior to mass production.
Default sizes are Men’s S–3XL ; we can provide a chest circumference/height chart and a sample pack for try-on . Unisex or women’s styles can be evaluated for availability .
