We manufacture OEM/ODM water‑repellent track jackets designed for lightweight comfort, breathable wear, and DWR protection against light rain. DWR you can trust, with clear test methods

Designed for water repellency using non‑fluorinated DWR finishes; suitable for light rain. Methods available on request: AATCC 22/ISO 4920 (spray), AATCC 35 (rain test). DWR is water‑repellent, not waterproof.

Breathability and comfort balance

We balance shedding light rain with comfort and moisture vapor movement. Methods available: ASTM E96/JIS L 1099 (MVTR), ASTM D737/ISO 9237 (air permeability).

OEM/ODM customization

Colors (Pantone), trims and branding (heat transfer/screen print/embroidery/TPU), detachable hood options, raglan or set‑in sleeves, cuff/hem adjusters, pocket layouts, reflective details, labels, barcodes, and packaging.

Delivery, QA, and terms you can plan around

Samples 10/18 days; bulk 25/35 days. AQL 2.5 (major)/4.0 (minor) inspections. Compliance documentation available on request. Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

We select tight‑weave poly wovens/knits suited for DWR, tune pad‑dry‑cure parameters for durable repellency, and maintain a soft, matte hand. We provide care guidance to help retain DWR performance after home laundering.

Patterning, construction, and durability

Raglan or articulated shoulder patterns support reach and run cycles; bartacks at stress points; stable collars/hoods; cuff/hem adjustability. Seams and stitch density are tuned for strength and comfort. Durability methods on request: ASTM D4966 (abrasion), ASTM D1683 (seam strength).

Verification and quality control

Water repellency: AATCC 22/ISO 4920; AATCC 35 for rain exposure. Breathability: ASTM E96/JIS L 1099. Air permeability: ASTM D737/ISO 9237. Appearance and stability: AATCC 135/61/8/15/116. Inspections follow AQL 2.5/4.0 with traceable material compliance.

OEM/ODM workflow

Sampling (10/18 days) → PP sample approval → Bulk production (25/35 days) with inline/final inspections. Commercial terms: 30%/70%. Documentation available for compliance and testing.

Is this jacket waterproof?

It is designed to be water‑repellent with DWR for light rain. It is not waterproof. For waterproof builds (membrane + seam sealing), we run a separate program with hydrostatic head and seam‑seal validation.
We reference AATCC 22/ISO 4920 (spray), AATCC 35 (rain), plus ASTM E96/JIS L 1099 (MVTR) and ASTM D737/ISO 9237 (air permeability). Reports are available on request.
