How long does it take to receive a custom order?
We produce custom sportswear in our own facilities. Every product meets our high quality standards, and orders are dispatched on time, every time. Healy sportswear has grown up into a factory with over 300 employees, covering 8000 square meters, andmonthly output reaches 200,000 pieces.We have approximately 200,000 kg of fabric on hand at all times. This allows us to quickly produce orders of any size.

Production Processes
Design Check: We’ll get your designs and look them over to make sure that they’ll be ok for the production process. Order Summary: We’ll send you an order summary with a quote after all the design check details are taken care of. Once we get your written confirmation, production can start. High-tech production systems: We produce all of our athletic wear in our own high-tech facilities. Our computer-aided production system guarantees that every item is manufactured with maximum precision. Precise sewing: The seamstresses and tailors in our sewing department specialize in specific product lines. This allows us to ensure a consistent fit for all of our clothing. Quality control: We have various quality control check points built in to our manufacturing process. Our highly skilled tailors check completed garments prior to dispatch to ensure our products meet our sizing and quality standards. Production: 200,000 kg of fabric , 100 different production lines, and over 300 employees are all working together to create your jerseys. Delivery: Two to four weeks following order submission, your brand new sportswear will be shipped right to your doorstep.Healy sportwear
